Welcome to Muse Monday. Every Monday I will be posting a project that is inspired by something. It might be someone else's card, or another object (remember the Starbucks Cup. Whatever it is I will let you know what ito is and what it inspired me to create.
Today's card is inspired by a card I made for my 3rd Day of Christmas post. I wanted to use as many Sale-a-Bration items as I could and the card I made at Christmas utilized, DSP, Velum and Stamping of course.
Sale-a-Bration has something for everyone. If you are into memory keeping, then you will love the Project Life Memories in the Making Specialty Card Collection. These coordinate perfectly with the other Memories in the Making project suite found in the Annual Catalogue. However these cards are also perfectly sized to use in your card projects as well.
Have you seen the fantastic Sale-A-Bration items you can earn for free?
Also it's the best time of year to host a Stampin' Up! workshop. You get extra Stampin’ Rewards, and your guests can earn free product too! Contact me for more details, and book your party today.
Welcome back to Technique Thursday. Once again every Thursday I will be posting a card that has a technique aspect to it. Today's technique is dying ribbon, to make the colour you need for your project. I filled the stampin' spritzer with rubbing alcohol and a few drops of re-inker (rose red in this case) and spritz onto the 5/8" white satin ribbon. I will be teaching this technique along with others using the stampin' spritzer in my Technique book 4 class on April 4th.
