Have you heard? Shannon West, Stampin' Up!'s Training Manager, is "bringing birthdays back" with her own #‎imbringingbirthdaysback‬ movement.

You can join the movement too! Send your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, etc., handmade birthday cards and tag them with the #imbringingbirthdaysback stamp (item 143573). This single wood mount stamp was released on Tuesday March 1st, as limited availability, and sold out in 4 hours, with such a demand Stampin' Up! will be making more and will be available shortly.

This movement started with Shannon's January 9th post on Facebook that said, "Would you like a birthday card from me this year? Leave a comment with your birth date and you'll get one. I think Facebook has ruined birthday cards so I'm going to use them to launch a b-day card campaign...ha take that fB! Note: I can't guarantee it will arrive on time...and mine is May 13. #‎imbringingbirthdaysback‬"

You can read more about this movement on the Stampin' Up! blog and by doing a search for the #‎imbringingbirthdaysback on Facebook and other forms of social media.

So Let's Bring Birthdays Back!!!! Starting today I too am sending a birthday card to anyone who would like one. I am guilty of just posting a picture of a fabulous birthday card that I made, on Facebook for my friends birthdays, but never actually get the card in the mail (mostly because I don't have your mailing address) -- just leave me a comment on my post today with your name and birthdate, and I'll contact you via email for your address.

And pay it forward!! See how many people you can forward this awesome idea to and see how many Birthday Cards you can send this year. Get the new stamp #imbringingbirthdaysback (Item #143573) and stamp your envelope with this fabulous stamp, and send it off!! If you do not already have a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and you live in Canada I would love you be yours. Contact me today to get your stamp and all the supplies you need to start making birthday cards for all your friends today. Friends outside of Canada I would love to put you in contact with a demonstrator in your area too.
